The Lake House at Avondale Estates is where you will find the freedom to make your special occasion memorable with a personal touch.
We are located just east of Atlanta, 7 miles from downtown Atlanta and 1 mile from downtown Decatur.
The house accommodates 125 seated guests, and 150 Buffet style standing.
The Lake House features a foyer, main room with large wooden dance floor, and seating areas where French doors open onto an outdoor patio.This patio can accoomodate a large tent.

On the lakeside of the building are french doors leading to a covered porch with a magnificent view of the lake.
Approximately 50 yards away, a gazebo is also available for rent through the City of Avondale Estates.
