We will ask you for a floor plan one week prior to your event (See here for a Floor Plan PDF).
Once we receive that, we will have the facility thoroughly cleaned and set up to your specifications so that when you arrive you can decorate.
Full day - Includes Cleaning Fee
Saturday $3200. - 12 hours
Sunday $2200. - 10 hours
Friday $2600. - 12 hours
Monday through Thursday $1700.
There is a $500. refundable security deposit, plus one half the rental fee required to book the facility.
Hourly
Saturday $250. per hour with an 8 hour minimum + $200 Ceaning fee
Sunday - $200. per hour with a 8 hour minimum + $200. Cleaning fee
Friday - $200. per hour with a 8 hour minimum + $200. Cleaning fee
Monday-Thursday - $125. per hour with a 6 hour minimum + $200. Cleaning fee
Holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day - $200. per hour with a 8 hour minimum + $200. Cleaning fee

Important note: For an hourly rental you MAY NOT come in early to set up or leave later than your scheduled time. Please make sure an hourly rate will work for you to get everything done to prepare and decorate for your event, and exit with all of your belongings.
